IPEC Energy Leadership Index

About the IPEC Energy Leadership Index

What is it? Unlike personality or strengths assessments (Myers Briggs, Strengthfinders etc), this is an attitudinal assessment – meaning it is a snapshot in time of how you currently see the world.  This not only creates huge awareness about the way you perceive things now, it also identifies opportunities to change or modify areas to increase your own sense of happiness and fulfilment.

What does it show?  We all see life through our own “filters”.  How I look at something will dramatically affect my reaction to it, the energy or enthusiasm I have for it and how well I am able to navigate it.  For example, if I think a task is boring, pointless or someone is making me do it, I will not feel motivated or energised to do it. If I think it is interesting, necessary or I am choosing to do it then I am much more likely to get started and to give it my all.  You and I may perceive the task (or topic, activity or idea) differently – we each have our own unique set of filters for the world, based on our own thoughts, feelings, experiences and beliefs.

The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) has pulled together years of research from many disciplines to create one of the leading attitudinal assessments in the field, specifically designed to show you how your own filters have developed and how this is impacting your life, your energy and your levels of motivation and relationships.

As an ELI Master Practitioner Sally will explain how Energy Leadership works and, in the context of your individual results, how you can start using these insights to shift your own energy in a positive way.

How will it help me?  The ELI assessment and debrief creates a lot of self-awareness and provides a tangible framework for you to not only identify how you are feeling or acting (which may otherwise be hard to pin down) but how to shift this into something more effective or positive, as well as highlighting key areas to explore with Sally in your coaching.
